FAQ
Why should i hire a licensed Electrical contractor (LEC)?
It is illegal for anyone to perform electrical installations and repairs in any Residential/Commercial/Industrial establishment unless you are the property owner. All work must be performed by a licensed electrical contractor NOT just someone with an electrical license only. If a job was performed at your location by anyone other than a licensed electrical contractor than it is quite possible that any insurance claims would be denied and potential criminal charges may apply in the event of an accident. In addition to that if you employ a non-licensed electricial contacractor to work in your property, than you are liable for any and all accidents or injuries that occur on your premises. LEC’s have a minimum $2 million liablity insurance and wsib coverage to avoid the customer inflicting any costs or legal ramifications in any of the afformentioned situations.
is there a warranty or guarantee with your services?
we warranty any of our installs for up to one year after completion of job and will repair any deficiencies at no cost, but do not warranty the products installed, they are covered by the manufacturers solely.
do you have insurance in case of a disaster?
YES, we have $5 million in General Construction Liability insurance coverage, so you can rest assured knowing that your property and contents are safe in the highly unlikey event of an electrical related disaster during our installation/Mainenance processes
Should i upgrade my supply service?
As technology progresses we are becoming very dependant upon electrical energy. And as we are more often required to add electrical demand to our homes or offices we must also consider the demand we are putting on our supply service and may eventually have to upgrade the service to accomodate the added power requirement. It is quite common nowadays to upgrade from a 60-100 amp service to at least a 200 amp service. Not only will this double the usable power supply availabe to you, but it will also increase the value of your property at a near 100% return investment
